The “Smart Application” category focuses on applying emerging technology to production or service processes, effectively transforming existing manufacturing or retail service methods, and promoting innovation within industrial ecosystems. Through innovative technology, the goals of smart manufacturing, smart living, and smart retail are achieved. This year, the “LiFTMiND Elevator Intelligence Solution” stood out among many entries, highlighting the current demand for digital transformation and smart technology in the elevator field. Owlsome Tech, centered on “high efficiency and energy savings,” “active safety,” “friendly riding,” “value innovation,” and “smart maintenance,” provides an AIoT-based solution. Through smart technology, elevator operation becomes more efficient, meeting modern cities’ demand for energy savings, safety, and convenience, demonstrating the feasibility and usability of transformation.

However, if these robots cannot autonomously ride elevators and move across floors, they cannot truly achieve building-wide service coverage, limiting the value robots can bring to hotel operations.
