Singapore, July 29, 2025 — At the SIGEP exhibition held in Singapore from July 16–18, 2025, Owlsome Tech partnered with local Singapore partner Truly Robotics, Taiwan partner Nuwa Robotics, and vending machine partner Just Kuang to jointly showcase the first cross-floor delivery solution integrating an elevator intelligence system, robots, and vending machines.
The core highlight of this solution is that, through the LiftMind elevator intelligence system, robots can autonomously ride elevators for the first time, achieving fully automated cross-floor delivery—creating a brand-new experience where guests at hotels and hospitals can enjoy building-wide smart services without ever leaving their room or ward.

At the exhibition, visitors witnessed a complete process firsthand: a guest or patient simply places an order via an app or vending machine, after which the robot retrieves the requested item from the vending machine, autonomously calls the elevator, crosses multiple floors, and arrives punctually at the guest room door or ward entrance. The entire process requires no human intervention, demonstrating true seamless service capability.

Hospitality industry: Hotels have long faced challenges from labor shortages, intense service competition, and rising guest expectations.
